We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or switch your appointment. The easiest way to do this is to use the email sent to you to confirm your appointment and follow the relevant links. You can also visit the Acuity scheduling page directly to make the change.

You will not be able to make appointment changes online if your appointment is less than 24 hours away. Please call if something comes up last minute. If you need to cancel via phone, please call (503) 974-0914 to let us know you won't be coming.

We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, but please note that we require 24 hours notice of any appointment changes to avoid a last minute cancelation fee of the cost of the appointment.
