It is my goal as a massage therapist to attend to your concerns and focus on areas of pain and tension while also providing a healthy dose of relaxation.

I come from a long line of health care workers – most of the women in my family are involved in medical fields, so caring for others runs in my blood. My mother has been one of my biggest inspirations and has always encouraged me to follow my dreams. My biggest dream was to find a profession in which I could help people. Massage has been that profession for me and a great way for me to give back to this community. This work is very gratifying to me and I love that I have the opportunity to help others feel better in their bodies and move through the world with less pain.

I have been practicing massage since 2014. It is my goal as a massage therapist to attend to your concerns and focus on areas of pain and tension while also providing a healthy dose of relaxation. I strive to create an environment free from judgment and work to help you feel more comfortable not only in the treatment room, but in your body. I welcome any feedback about how I can make your session the best it can be.

I encourage my clients to tell me about areas of concern and trust that I will do my best to help relieve the stress and tension you may be experiencing.

As one who lives with ADHD, I find this work to be incredibly grounding; massage helps me to keep focused and mellow in what can often be a chaotic world. Growing up with ADHD I had trouble focusing, being calm and still, and performing tasks to the best of my ability. Massage helps me channel my thoughts and better help my clients by focusing on the anatomy of the body and what style of stroke I need to use to release tension and promote relaxation.

I grew up in the wonderful Columbia River Gorge where I developed my love of nature. Being up in the mountains, walking on the trails, or watching the sunset of the beach helps me to feel at peace with the world. I love to snowboard, hike, swim and spend time with my family. I moved to Astoria in 2018 and I’m so delighted to be part of this community. I look forward to meeting you soon.
